Product Description
This 2-stage MinoSharp Ceramic Water Stone Sharpener consists of two ceramic wheels. The white wheel is coarse and the pink wheel is medium. You use the coarse wheel to repair any nicks and to sharpen very dull knives. You then finish with the medium wheel which is your main sharpening wheel. This sharpener is specifically designed for the fine edge on Japanese knives. This sharpener is fast, simple to use and produces excellent results.

This is by far the best sharpener I ever used. I also use it in my restaurant and the cooks love it.
