Global Vegetable Knives
In Japan these rectangular shaped knives are called Nakiri knives. This shape is a traditional Japanese knife shape. The deep blade makes them great for cutting vegetables as well as fruit. The edge has a some curve, so they can also be used for chopping and dicing. The 5 ½ inch vegetable knives have a much greater curve to their edge than the larger knives which makes the smaller knives some of the most versatile and popular knives in the Global line.
