Errors in Shipping and Billing Information

Please be sure to check that you have given us the correct billing and shipping address as well as mode of payment before submitting your order. Errors may delay your shipment or cause the package to be sent elsewhere. Any additional costs associated with errors will be charged to the customer. We are not responsible for errors in information provided to us.

Shortages or Missing/Lost Packages

Any shortages in an order should be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of the order.  If you do not received your package, this should be reported to us within 30 days of the date you placed your order.
